  • Track business expenses automatically
  • Sync data to Google Sheets for accounting
  • Process voice notes and bill photos using AI

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Use the service for lawful purposes only
  • Not engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Free Plan: 5 quotations per month at ₹0
  • Pro Plan: Unlimited quotations at ₹499/month
  • Pro Yearly Plan: Unlimited quotations at ₹4,999/year

Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Billing is recurring and auto-renews monthly/yearly unless cancelled.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime by messaging us on WhatsApp. Your subscription will end at the next billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.

6. Limitation of Liability

BillBolo is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for:

  • Data loss or corruption
  • Service interruptions
  • Errors in AI processing
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and features of BillBolo are owned by BillBolo. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms anytime. Continued use means you accept the changes.
