Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Cancellation Duration

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days before your next billing date if you want to avoid the next charge.

  • Monthly Plans: Cancel anytime; ends on next billing date
  • Yearly Plans: Cancel anytime; ends on next annual renewal date

3. How to Cancel

Option 1 (Recommended): Message us on WhatsApp

  • Send: "I want to cancel my subscription"
  • Number: +91 81234 22932
  • We'll confirm cancellation within 24 hours

Option 2: Email billbolo.india@billbolo.in with subject "Cancel Subscription"

4. What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your account remains accessible until the billing cycle ends
  • No further charges will be made
  • You can access your data for 30 days after cancellation
  • After 30 days, data is automatically deleted
  • You can reactivate anytime by upgrading again

5. Free Plan

Free plan users can cancel anytime with no penalties or notice required. Simply stop using the service.

6. Automatic Renewal

All paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date:

  • Monthly Plans: Renew on the same date each month
  • Yearly Plans: Renew on the same date each year

We'll send a reminder 7 days before renewal. Cancel before that date to avoid charges.

7. Refund on Cancellation

Cancellations do NOT include refunds unless:

  • Requested within 7 days of payment (see Refund Policy)
  • Service was not used or minimally used

8. Billing Stop Timeline

  • Request submitted: Same day
  • Confirmation received: Within 24 hours
  • Billing stops: At next renewal date
  • Account access ends: 30 days after billing stops

9. Data Access After Cancellation

You can export your data within 30 days of cancellation:

  • Download all quotations as PDF
  • Export expense records as CSV
  • Access all historical data
